Design and installation of extract systems to serve fume cupboards, LEVs, MBSCs, and equipment requirements. Also, standalone extract systems to provide the required number of air changes per hour to the facility. 

We design and build your fume extraction system to suit your needs and your facility. For standard chemical fume extract systems, the new ductwork will be UPVC, it will be manufactured and installed in accordance with the relevant standard DW 154 for Plastic Ductwork. 

Intumescent fire collars will be installed as required, we can allow for the ductwork to be GRP coated or painted to meet any architectural requirements, ductwork can be fire protected if required.

The extract systems will be designed in the most fitting materials to suit your application, PVC, Polypropylene, or galvanised steel and installed to the appropriate associated standard. The design of the systems will be carefully focused on your usage, safety containment and your energy saving requirements.

We can design and build LEVs for fume, heat and nuisance extraction purposes using modern materials to keep the internal equipment installations in the laboratory in line with the overall aesthetic design approach.

Many pieces of scientific equipment require extraction, some need multiple extract points per system that can’t be linked together, from the operational and installation instructions for your equipment we can design and build the required LEV to suit your application.
